Refunds accepted within 10 days if returned unused and in resellable mint condition. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Journals showing signs of wear, writing, moisture exposure, or damage are not eligible for refund. No refunds on digital downloads or digital purchases.
No refunds or returns. DOA (Dead On Arrival) claims require a clear, continuous video of the unopened shipping bag within 1 hour of delivery. Approved DOA claims receive store credit for the coral only (shipping costs are non-refundable). ReefTekLab is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, missed delivery attempts, acclimation methods, or tank conditions.
All equipment sales (dosers, wave makers, pumps, lights, filters, accessories) are final. Defective items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty only. ReefTekLab does not accept returns or refunds for used equipment, installation errors, water damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos/video for assistance with a warranty claim or manufacturer replacement.
